Our Instant Recovery Fryers are now even MORE EFFICIENT USING LESS ENERGY!

Starting July 1, 2004 we are building all our domestic atmospheric gas fryers with our newly designed, certified Wing Turbulators.

What is a Wing Turbulator? It is our new design, patent applied for, that keeps more heat in the heat transfer tubes increasing the efficiency of the fryer (we use less gas to do the same work). More heat is kept out of the kitchen, therefore lowering your utility bills.
